So it’s been a while since I checked in. As per usual, apologies all round. And as per usual, the reason being, the ongoing health issues. It’s not that I’m doing poorly, it’s just that getting back to the traveling has predictably taken some getting used to. If you ordered spots at the remaining shows you’ll be glad to know that things are going smoothly and I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy what we have cooked up.

Now, regarding a quick post I made a few months back. Next year there should be a new record. Actually there should be two new records. The first will actually be a video compendium. I’m finally getting around to editing the live performance footage from back when the band was together (2007) and also the full orchestra performance of Open Your Eyes from 2006. And to top it off I’ll have some footage of solo concerts from both then and now that are not exactly ‘professional’ quality but I think you’ll find interesting nonetheless.

In the ‘Age Of Youtube’ much of this is obviously many years too late, but it’s only recently that I’ve had the time and the gear necessary to prepare this material properly. (For example, one hurdle is that the OYE show was professionally recorded, but on Digital Betamax gear—a video format that used to be popular at TV stations but is now extremely hard to even find a player for! In any case, you’ve all been exceedingly patient so while I’m gathering it all together in one place, it’s best to do a proper job of it.
